Personal Training FAQ

No experience needed at all. Mike works with complete beginners regularly and builds proper technique from the ground up. In fact, starting with private sessions is often better for beginners because you learn correct form before developing bad habits.
Sessions are held at Samson Fitness ATL in Atlanta and the Fitness Center of Lilburn. Mike can also discuss options for training at other locations based on your needs.
Most clients train 2–3 times per week for optimal results. Mike will recommend a frequency based on your goals, current fitness level, and schedule during your initial consultation.
Just athletic wear and water. Mike provides all necessary equipment including gloves, wraps, pads, and bags for your sessions. If you want to invest in your own gear, he can make recommendations.
