Zero experience needed. Mike guides the entire crowd through movements in real time. If you’ve never thrown a punch in your life, you’ll be able to follow along and have a great time.
Comfortable athletic wear, sneakers, and a large water bottle. Neon or white clothing glows under the UV lights, wear what you want to show off. Expect to sweat, a lot.
Events rotate across various Atlanta venues. The home of Trap Boxing tickets is trapboxing.starrboxing.com where venue details are listed per event.
Absolutely, group tickets are available and Trap Boxing is an amazing group activity for friends, coworkers, or family. Large groups should contact us in advance for group pricing.
Doors open at 7:00 PM. The event itself starts at 7:30 PM. Pull up early so you can grab a good spot.
No. The free first class is for our regular group boxing classes at Samson Fitness ATL (different program, different format). Trap Boxing is a separate ticketed event — $25 per ticket, no free trial. The two aren’t interchangeable.
We don’t issue refunds — but if you can’t make it, we’ll move your ticket to the next Trap Boxing event one time on request. Just reply to your confirmation email and we’ll roll it forward. (After one transfer to a future event, that ticket is final.) You can also hand your ticket to a friend at any time through /my-tickets — that doesn’t use up your one transfer.
